We understand that pets are a part of your family, so we welcome them to join us in our community. Some restrictions apply.

Weight Limit:
70 lbs. (combined weight of all animals)
The projected average weight at the time of maturity can’t exceed this amount.
Ex: A Saint Bernard puppy isn’t allowed even if they plan on staying one year before
it exceeds 70 lbs.

Pet Limit:
2 animals
Cats should be declawed and pets should be spayed and neutered.

Breed Restrictions:
The following dog breeds are restricted but not limited to: Akita, Chow, Doberman, Bulldogs, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Shar-Pei, German Shepherds, Bloodhounds, Staffordshire Terrier, and other breeds not listed above, are not permitted in the rental units.

Management reserves the right to refuse any wild animals, reptiles or farm animals per company policy.

Fish Tanks:
40 gallon maximum, permitted on the first floor only.

Pet Fee:

Pets, if permitted in the rental unit, require an additional $300 pet fee (non-refundable pet privilege fee) and an additional $35.00 per month pet Pet.
