RENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES
Needed for application:
- ID (License, Passport, Social Security card, Government Issued ID)
- Two recent pay stubs
- $75.00 non-refundable application fee for each applicant

Considered for approval:
- Credit score, Rental history, Income Verification, and Background check
- Good rental history and credit score are important factors in our decision
- A minimum of 600 credit score is required to qualify a tenant for approval.
- Applications submitted must be for a specific unit. This specific unit must be viewed before submission of an
application
- We consider applications on a first come first serve basis. Units are rented to the first qualified applicant.
- Security deposit is due upon approval of the application. The property applied for cannot be held until this
balance is paid.
- Leases are for one year (12 months) unless noted otherwise
- Maximum occupancy – two residents per bedroom*
