Considered for approval:
- Credit score, Rental History, Income Verification, and Background check
- Good rental history and good credit score are important factors in our decision
- A minimum of 550 credit score is required to qualify a tenant for approval.
- Applications submitted must be for a specific unit. This specific unit must be viewed before submission of an
application
- We consider applications on a first come first serve basis. And units are rented to a first qualified applicant.
- The security deposit is due upon approval of the application. The property applied for cannot be held until this
balance is paid.
- Leases are for 12 months or 13 months unless noted otherwise
- Maximum occupancy – two residents per bedroom*
